As a working professional, you will be responsible for supporting customers, senior management, senior account managers, and operations. You will have a strong support team from the executive level down, with a strong team to enable you. Infinite IT is a strong team environment, and you need to be able to function independently and as a productive member of the team.

You will be the front line trying to establish net-new clients for Infinite IT.  On a daily basis, you will leverage different methodologies to attract net-new customers for Infinite IT.  Once you have secured net-new customers, you will transition the customer to an Account Manager to be farmed.

You must be entrepreneurial, and able to self-manage your time. You must be up-beat, energetic, and have a smile on your face all day long. People who love live and are passionate about what they do succeed at Infinite IT.

Education

Industry related certifications are nice to have. College or University degree preferred.

Experience

1+ years as an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISR) at another VAR or Managed Service Provider.  This is an entry level role but does require some basic knowledge of IT and Data Centre technologies.
